- Your order is paid through Payfast , our secure payment provider.
- You may pay using Cash, EFT, or using all credit cards.
- As payment goes through Payfast, Vinyl Lady Decals has no access to your financial information.
- You may also pay directly into out Standard Bank account using EFT.
- Use your order number or name as reference.
Orders and Production Time
- Once you order is placed and paid for, leadtime for the production of your order is 5 - 10 business days for up to 10 decals, more than 10 decals have production of up to 15 business days.
- You have a choice of up to 40 colours. We stock the most popular colours, although occasionally, a colour will be out of stock at our suppliers, we will give you the option of changing the colour or waiting for stock.
You may choose from the following shipping options via our trusted courier partners Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy:
- Free courier countrywide for orders R500.00 and above.
- R97.00 Flat Courier Fee for orders up to R500.00.
- Orders are couriered to your door Mondays - Fridays 8AM-5PM. Please provide a valid street address.

We are sure that you will love the product you ordered, however, if you are unhappy with your product,
you may return the product at your cost for assessment and refund.
Personalised orders do not qualify for return as these are made especially for you.
All other orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must be in the same packaging as you received it.
- The item must be undamaged upon return.
Refunds will be paid via EFT into a bank account with details provided by yourself.
Please allow 14 days for assessment once we receive the return and refund will be a maximum of
45 days after receipt of return should all conditions be met.
Vinyl Decals and Stickers are shipped in postal tubes which are sealed for maximum protection during shipping.
Other Shipping Information
We are an online business only and cannot accommodate collections under any circumstances.
Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation immediately.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped giving you the tracking details.
You can track your parcel using the tracking number for Dawn Wing or The Courier Guy at Track My Parcel.
